Ho Tung transfers stake in Sintek

Color filter (CF) Sintek Photronic indicated that its parent company Ho Tung Chemical had transferred its stake (about 9%) in Sintek to an unnamed foreign investment firm. Sintek said the move will help extend its market share overseas.
