Powerchip Semiconductor Corporation (PSC) has raised its capital expenditure (capex) to NT$70 billion (about US$2.2 billion) for 2006 and has licensed Renesas Technology's 4Gbit AG-AND (Assist Gate-AND) flash memory technology, according to PSC.
