PCB maker GBM to deal out NT$3.5 dividend

PCB maker Global Brands Manufacture (GBM), an affiliate of Taiwan-based Pou Chen Group, announced yesterday that it will distribute a dividend of NT$3.5 (US$0.11) per share, NT$1.5 in stock and NT$2 in cash, for its 2005 operations.
