Quanta Display transfers LCM equipment to China subsidiary Techwell (Shanghai)

Quanta Display announced via a filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange that it has transferred LCD module (LCM) equipment worth NT$311 million (about US$9.6 million) to Techwell (Shanghai), a 100%-owned subsidiary in China.
