Radiant to start construction on backlight unit plant; may ship to AUO

Radiant Optoelectronics plans to construct a new backlight unit (BLU) plant in Kaohsiung, Southern Taiwan next quarter and may have earned orders from AU Optronics (AUO), sources said.
