LCD TV maker Amtran’s January revenues up more than 50% on year

Taiwan LCD TV maker Amtran Technology announced January revenues of NT$1.62 billion (US$507 million), up 53.74% on year. The company attributed the strong growth to the extended strong shipment schedule from the previous quarter.
