Second phase construction almost complete at TSMC’s Tainan fab

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) has indicated that second phase construction at its second 12-inch fab (Fab 14) is about to be completed and clean room installation should be finished by mid 2006.
