PSC starts shipping flash and logic IC to Renesas

Powerchip Semiconductor Corporation (PSC) has started shipping 1Gbit AG-AND flash memory and logic ICs to Japan-based Renesas Technology, according to PSC spokesman and vice president Eric Tang.
