DDR contract price up slightly in 2H May, says DRAMeXchange

The contract price for mainstream 256MB DRR-400 DIMMs has increased US$0.20 to US$21.40 for the second half of May, representing the first price increase this year, according to figures posted by DRAMeXchange.
