The production value of the IC industry in Taiwan will grow 15% to NT$1.3 trillion in 2005, from NT$1.1 trillion in 2004, according to Taiwan’s Industrial Technology Intelligence Service (ITIS). Last year, Taiwan’s IC industry production value grew 37%.
