URT to invest US$9.8 million for LCM plant expansion in China

United Radiant Technology (URT), a Taiwan-based STN-LCD maker, plans to invest US$9.8 million to expand its LCD-module (LCM) business in China over the next three years, according to company president P.J. Wang.
