PSMC sees shipment growth for advanced-process photomasks

The proportion of photomask shipments for 0.18-micron-and-below processes jumped over 60 percentage points in July for Photronics Semiconductor Mask Corporation (PSMC), amid escalating demand for advanced processes in wafer production.
