Taiwan telecom carrier Vibo gears up for 3G by securing NT$7 billion bank loan

Taiwan-based telecom service provider Vibo Telecom is gearing up for its 3G (third-generation) rollout in Taiwan and has secured a bank loan of NT$7 billion (about US$204.83 million), according to company vice-president Eric Hsiao.
