ProMOS and Dai Nippon to co-develop photomasks for 90nm and below designs

ProMOS Technologies yesterday announced that it will co-develop photomasks for chips with 90nm and more advanced designs with Japan-based Dai Nippon Printing (DNP). The company will also source photomasks from the Japanese firm.
