M-Systems: High capacity DiskOnChip to be company’s focus in consumer electronics markets

M-Systems expects sales of its DiskOnChip products to double this year as adoption increases in the smartphone and digital camera markets, according to Oliver Chiang, company vice president for Asia-Pacific.
