Episil to begin mass production using BCD process in June

Episil Technologies, a Taiwan-based foundry focusing on power and analog ICs, expects to begin mass production using its newly developed high voltage bipolar-CMOS-DMOS (BCD) technology starting from June, according to company president Tom Chen.
