Fupo to boost TCP, COF and gold bumping capacity on growing demand

Taiwan’s Fupo Electronics aims to ramp its COF and TCP monthly capacity to five million units by the second quarter of 2004, up from about three million units currently, according to company chairman Jeong Ji Wu.
