Toppoly Optoelectronics recently landed orders for 100,000 14.1-inch notebook LTPS (low-temperature poly-silicon) TFT LCD panels from Compal Electronics, Mitac Technology and Clevo Computer, reported the Taiwan-based Commercial Times.
