Taiwan TFT LCD panel prices to continue rising in October

Facing strong fourth-quarter demand, which has created a serious panel shortage, Taiwanese TFT LCD producers generally indicated that they would further raise prices for 15-inch notebook and 15- and 17-inch LCD monitor panels scheduled for shipment next month.
