SNMD to produce full-color AM OLEDs either by early next year

Samsung NEC Mobile Display (SNMD) plans to produce full-color, active-matrix (AM) OLEDs (organic light-emitting diodes), used as primary displays on mobile phones, by year-end or early next year, according to Samsung SDI.
