PSC’s 12-inch capacity to lag previous forecast

Powerchip Semiconductor Corporation (PSC) said it now expects to reach a 12-inch capacity of 12,000 wafers per month by the end of the second quarter of 2003. It projects output of close to 9,000 wafers (256Mbit-equivalent) per month by that time.
