NEC Electron Devices develops 10.4-inch TFT color LCD with ultra-wide view angles

NEC Electron Devices announced that it has commercialized a 10.4-inch amorphous silicon TFT color LCD module that features horizontal and vertical view angles of 170 degrees (at a contrast ratio of 10:1 or higher).
