Spotlight on Samsung’s 12-inch moves

According to the Hankyung website, Samsung Electronics announced that it has invested 133.5 billion won (about US$110 million) in construction of its 12-inch Fabs 12 and 13 in Kyungki-do, South Korea, which recently began construction.
