PPT capacity utilization rate reaches 70% in September

Phoenix Precision Technology (PPT), a Taiwan-based producer of PBGA (plastic ball grid array) substrates, stated that its capacity utilization rate could be maintained at 70% in September, allowing revenue to top NT$150 million.
