Fitel to start PHS service on April 24

First International Telecom (Fitel) will start PHS (personal handyphone system) mobile phone service on April 24, offering NT$1,200 worth of free calls to other Fitel accounts. By the end of the year Fitel is anticipating 380,000 PHS accounts.
