HTC reportedly will hire YS Ho, currently serving as executive vice president of Far EasTone Telecommunications (FET), as its global chief marketing officer with the appointment to take effect on January 2013, according to a Chinese-language Commercial Times report.
Ho was responsible for the procurement of handsets as well as marketing at FET for over the past 10 years. Prior to joining FET, Ho served as CMO, North Asia at Motorola, said the paper.
