Networking equipment maker D-Link posted consolidated revenue of NT$3.44 billion (US$109.58 million) for the third quarter of 2025, up 9.3% from the previous quarter. However, cumulative revenue for the first three quarters declined 9.4% year-over-year to NT$9.93 billion.

D-Link attributed the weak market demand in the first half of 2025 to global geopolitical and economic conditions. Business conditions improved in the third quarter; however, the company reported a net profit attributable to the owners of the parent company of NT$14 million, reversing losses from the prior quarter.

Shifting toward integrated solutions

D-Link CEO and spokesperson Chia-Jui Chang noted that the global networking market is shifting from single-point connections toward integrated solutions. In response, the company is evolving its product strategy from standalone devices to scenario-based integrated solutions that cover personal mobility, home applications, commercial environments, and vertical industries.

Strategic focus across key markets

In terms of market deployment, D-Link continues to roll out telecom provider projects and promote new product lines in the North American market. In Europe, the company is focused on optimizing its operational structure and tightening cost controls. Across the Asia-Pacific region, the company is actively pushing Wi-Fi 7 routers and enterprise wireless solutions, while deepening its partnerships with telecom operators in the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

Supply chain diversification amid trade tensions

In addition, as US-China trade policies and tariff tensions continue to escalate, D-Link said it will adopt a strategy of global production base deployment and diversified supply chain management. The company plans to leverage the strengths of its China-based supply chain while simultaneously bolstering research and development and planning capabilities in Taiwan, aiming to maintain product price competitiveness and technological autonomy.

Looking ahead, D-Link will continue upgrading its product lines and integrating resources, while enhancing AI-driven smart networking applications, and expanding both the depth and scale of services offered through its cloud management platforms.
