Lordstown and Foxconn accuse each other of investment deal breach

In a regulatory filing, Lordstown said Foxconn threatened to withhold funding due to a breach of their investment agreement, which may force Lordstown to cease operations as the EV maker struggles to expand its manufacturing output.
