Bosch to acquire US semiconductor foundry for SiC production expansion

Leading automotive supplier Bosch announced on April 26 that it is buying US-based TSI Semiconductors. The acquisition, prompted by rising demand for EVs, will boost Bosch's silicon carbide (SiC) semiconductor production from 2026 onward.
