Battery pack maker Simplo Technology has reported consolidated revenues of NT$6.844 billion (US$218 million) for August, the highest-ever monthly level with growth of 6.03% sequentially and 27.87% on year.
The revenues were driven by shipments for battery packs used in notebooks, electric bicycles and true wireless Bluetooth earphones, Simplo said, adding it will begin shipping BBUs (backup battery units) for data centers later in 2019.
Simplo posted consolidated revenues of NT$44.430 billion for January-August, rising 15.30% on year.
