Taiwan market: 4G mobile Internet-access download speeds average 49.44Mbps in 2Q16, says NCC

In the Taiwan market, 4G mobile Internet-access services reached an average download speed of 49.44Mbps and an average upload speed of 20.44Mbps in the second quarter of 2016, according to National Communications Commission (NCC).
