Heraeus files patent infringement complaint against Giga Solar

Germany-based Heraeus Holding on June 10 filed with Taiwan's Intellectual Property Court a charge against Taiwan-based PV conductive paste maker Giga Solar Materials for allegedly infringing its patent concerning tellurium-added glass material.
