Most IC substrate suppliers post sequential revenue gains in May

Most Taiwan-based IC substrate makers including Kinsus Interconnect Technology, Unimicron Technology and Nanya Printed Circuit Board (NPC), have reported sequential revenue gains for May thanks to strong demand from the smartphone and tablet sectors.
