Powerchip Technology and Rexchip Electronics on July 3 reported revenues for June, respectively growing 2.52% and slipping 6.7% on month.
The on-month growth in revenues was mainly due to increased orders and hikes in prices for foundry services, Powerchip said. Powerchip has begun shifting PC DRAM to 30nm, the company indicated.
