Taiwan market: APBT aims at 3.38 million users by end of 2011

Asia Pacific Broadband Telecom (APBT), the only operator of CDMA2000 mobile communication services in Taiwan, has attained three million subscribers and set a goal of 3.38 million subscribers by the end of 2011, according to the company.
