Taiwan market: PChomeStore to list on OTC

PChomeStore, a B2B2C operator of online shopping services in Taiwan, will be listed on the over-the-counter stock market on April 6 at an estimated price of NT$150 (US$5) per share, according to the company at an investors conference on March 17.

PChomeStore operates PaaS (platform as a service) for individuals and small- to medium-sized businesses to run retail stores, providing all administrative support services, company chairman Jan Hung-tze indicated. PChomeStore currently has 9,534 stores listing more than 3.52 million items, with revenues mainly consisting of franchise fees and revenues sharing, Jan indicated.

PChomeStore recorded revenues of NT$249.292 million, gross margin of 43.06%, net operating profit of NT$29.657 million, net profit of NT$27.597 million and net EPS of NT$2.18 in 2010.

PChomeStore was originally a business unit of web portal PChome Online, and was spun off on April 30, 2010.
