Quanta Storage market share for slim ODDs falls below 10%

Quanta Storage, a Taiwan-based maker of optical disc drives (ODDs), has seen its global market share in terms of shipments of slim-type ODDs drop from a high level of about 20% to less than 10% currently, according to industry sources in Taiwan.
