UMC, SMIC see growing sales from 65nm, says paper

United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) and Semiconductor Manufacturing International Company (SMIC) have both seen sales from their 65nm process grow, according to a Chinese-language Economic Daily News (EDN) report.
