PSC mulls buying back Rexchip shares from Elpida, say sources

Taiwan-based DRAM maker Powerchip Semiconductor Corporation (PSC) is mulling the possibility of buying back a portion of the Rexchip Electronics shares it has sold to Japan-based Elpida Memory, according to industry sources.
