Announcement of Taiwan Memory partner postponed

Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs said on March 30 that the partner of Taiwan Memory Company (TMC) has not been decided yet, dismissing speculation that an announcement concerning the source of its DRAM technology would be made today.
