HannStar 5.3G plant to reach full capacity in April

LCD panel maker HannStar Display's utilization rate at its 5.3G plant is expected to be fully-loaded in April as shipments of medium-size netbook panels and large-size LCD monitor panels will continue to increase, according to market sources.
