HannStar to shut down subsidiary that assembles Hannspree and Hanns.G products

HannStar Display has announced that it will shut down its fully-owned manufacturing subsidiary HannStar Technology, which makes own-brand Hannspree and Hanns.G displays products, because of fierce competition and a steep rise in material costs.
