CCID puts China semiconductor market growth at 18.6% for 2007, says paper

China's semiconductor market saw sales grow 18.6% to 562.37 billion yuan (US$79.03 billion) in 2007, according to the China based CCID Consulting, as cited the Chinese language Commercial Times.
