Taiwan-based display maker Amtran to raise funds via new shares

Taiwan-based display specialist Amtran Technology plans to raise funds by issuing 30 million new common shares with a total value of NT$1.05 billion (US$32.4 million), according to a company filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE).
