Hynix introduces 1Gb GDDR5 DRAM

Hynix Semiconductor today introduced its 1Gb GDDR5 graphics DRAM, with the component being fabricated on the company's 66nm process. Mass production of GDDR5 is planned for the first half of 2008, the company stated.
