Taiwan market: NCC gives initial nod to Chunghwa Telecom MOD charges

Taiwan's National Communications Commission (NCC) on October 18 in principle approved two charge rates proposed by Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) for its MOD (multimedia on demand) open platform.
