TSMC may unveil 32nm process in 4Q 2009

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), with a team of more than 200 engineers developing the 32nm process, may be able to launch the process in the fourth quarter of 2009, according company VP Jack Sun.
