M.Setek to increase silicon wafer supply for solar cell maker E-Ton

Japan-based silicon wafer supplier M.Setek will provide E-Ton Solar Tech with 4-5 million wafers per month for the next ten years, an equivalent to 1,200MWp (peak megawatts) for the period, M.Setek president Ritsuo Matsumiya announced today.
