The Chinese edition of Windows Vista Enterprise will be available in December, said officials from Microsoft Taiwan as cited by the local press.
Davis Tsai, Microsoft Taiwan's chief operating officer said the Chinese edition of Vista Enterprise will follow the English version, which is planned to launch on November 30, according to a Chinese-language Economic Daily News (EDN) report.
Regarding consumer versions of Vista, Tsai said it expects Chinese editions to be available at the same time with English editions, according to a Chinese-language Commercial Times report. Taking into account the time difference between the Greater China region and the US, he said Chinese versions may even appear in the market several hours before English versions.
