Price war on 0.13-micron? TSMC: Rebate only

During a recent Citigroup technology forum,Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) denied initiating a price war on 0.13-micron process but said it did lower prices to pass on lowered production costs to customers.
